Founded in 2004, Jaguar Petroleum is a privately owned energy company headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya. Our operations span Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, with cross-border distributorship partnerships in the Democratic Republic of Congo, South Sudan, and Rwanda.
We began as a commercial fuels distributor trading within the Kenya Pipeline Company system. Today, our experience spans marine supply, commercial and industrial energy, aviation, and LPG through Nia.

Where it began
Founded as a commercial fuels distributor, supplying white petroleum products to the Kenyan market.

Setting a new course
Launched a five-year strategic plan to accelerate growth and transition from domestic distribution towards petroleum imports across multiple market segments.

Expanding our energy offering
Commissioned the Ahero LPG Plant to support clean cooking adoption in Western Kenya and diversified into aviation with the introduction of drummed Aviation Gasoline.

Taking to the skies
Commenced into-plane refueling operations at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and Moi International Airport.

Advancing cleaner cooking
Relaunched J-Gas, targeting commercial, industrial and institutional customers transitioning from charcoal, biomass and other traditional cooking fuels to LPG.

Building regional reach
Expanded beyond Kenya with the establishment of Jaguar’s operations in Uganda.

How do I confirm ports and fuel availability?
Contact the Jaguar team with your preferred location and dates. Ask for confirmation of the available grades, delivery arrangements and quotation before finalising your plans.
